Keep Keeping On
As life goes on, the only option is to get going. Time will keep flowing by, and we can ride the wave, or get sucked down under it.
Life has been difficult. Working full time, being in school full time, starting my own company, and having my first child on the way has made me want to run away at times. Especially the culmination of this week. My job is as an apartment manager for Student Housing. This week and next are checkouts, check-ins, finals, and the due date for my wife to give birth. My mental health has been strained, but through it all, the idea of dropping this business, this passion, has never entered my mind. I have mulled over different things I can do to make life a little easier, but stopping the business has never been one of them.
Keep pushing. Keep trying. Keep going. Keep keeping on, and regardless of how things turn out, it will be worth it in the end because your journey will impact you in ways to cannot even imagine. You can develop the character you have dreamed of through this.
Success is not millions of dollars. Success is not a thriving business even, but success is learning, gaining understanding and applying it. If you want success in entrepreneurship, it does not come in the growth of the businesses you have started, but the growth in yourself that allows you one day to start a thriving business.
Keep keeping on.
